Information meeting - Wednesday, October 26 at 3:00 pm
Auditions - Wednesday, November 9, beginning at 3:00 pm. Students will sign up for individual auditions.
Rehearsals - Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings, 6:30-9:00 pm.
The Jazz Band is made up of personnel who are enrolled in at least one music class at NVOT. Auditions are held in October. The band performs at two or three campus concerts per year. Rehearsals are held weekly on Wednesday evenings. Students should be aware that their membership is contingent upon attendance and preparation of parts. Students who have unexcused lates/absences or who do not prepare their parts may be dismissed from the group, and the next qualified player from the audition will be brought in to take the spot.
