The Concert Band is the first year wind and percussion ensemble at NVOT. Made up primarily of instrumentalists in grade 9, this ensemble performs at four campus concerts per year. In addition, members are invited to participate in the annual spring festival. In 2009, the Concert Band is traveling to the Hershey Music Festival on May 9.

Students in this ensemble are also eligible to participate in Jazz Band (by audition), honor ensembles (by audition: County, Region, & All-State), chamber ensembles, and Musical Theater Pit Orchestra. Members of this class ensemble are encouraged (but not required) to participate in Marching Band during the 1st marking period (fall).
